ANSWERS
1.) To register your account with FSBO Total Access, click the Register link on the Homepage and follow the onscreen instructions.  You may also click the Seller button on the top menu bar. Once on the Seller’s page follow the steps on this page to successfully setup your account and begin placing ads with FSBO Total Access.

2.) To remove a property from your account, simply log into your account and on the Main Control Panel for your personal account click Delete next to the property you wish to remove. Once your property is removed, your credit card will no longer be billed.

3.) To add a property, simply log into your FSBO Total Access account and click the Add Property link. Follow the onscreen instructions and fill out the required information to list your property. It’s that simple.

4.) To upload or to add a picture to your listing, there are two options. Either during the listing process or you may log back into your account at any time and add property photos on the Edit Listing page.

5.) Your account will not be closed unless there are situational circumstances, so there is no need to reactivate your account. If you forget your password, please click the Forgot Password link on the Homepage (http://www.fsbototalaccess.com/forgot_password.php) and you will receive your password for your account in your email.

6.) There is no need to close your account. If you do not wish to advertise on our Site, please delete all your current property listings to avoid further payments. There is no need to close your account once properties are deleted. Your account will stay active on our servers in the event you decide to advertise with us in the future. If you wish to close your account, please contact info@fsbototalaccess.com and one of our Customer Service Representatives will remove your account from our servers.  You will be required to recreate your account if you wish to advertise with us in the future.

8.) If you cannot access your account, please contact our Customer Service Department at info@fsbototalaccess.com. If you are experiencing technical issues with the Site such as outages or navigational issues, please contact the Webmaster at webmaster@fsbototalaccess.com.

9.) Please contact our Customer Service Department at info@fsbototalaccess.com  and a Customer Service Representative will help you with your billing questions or issues.  

10.) If you change credit cards, please contact our Customer Service Department at info@fsbototalaccess.com and make us aware of the billing change. We will then change the credit card number associated with your account.   If you change credit cards and fail to contact us, your account will be deactivated until you provide a valid credit card.

11.) If you require assistance editing your account, please refer to the onscreen instructions associated with listing your property. If you experience billing or technical problems while signing up,  contact our Customer Service Department at info@fsbototalaccess.com  and a  Customer Service Representative will contact you.

12.) If a property owner lists a screen name for instant chat, you may use that screen name to contact that user. For example, if the screen name listed is fsbo@aol.com, simply open AOL Instant Messenger and enter “fsbo” as the screen name; or if the screen name is listed as fsbo@yahoo.com, open Yahoo Messenger and enter “fsbo” as the screen name. If there is another program or extension listed, you must use that program or extension to contact the property owner.

13.) To list your screen name it must be in a specific format.
